Night at the Races is a fully hosted, interactive Derby-style social experience designed
specifically for 55+ communities. This professionally managed event creates an engaging
atmosphere filled with energy, laughter, and friendly competition while remaining simple,
organized, and easy to follow.

Event Overview

 6 to 10 races (client choice)

10 horses per race

 Approximately 10–15 minutes per race

 Estimated event timeframe: 3–4 hours, depending on number of races run

 Fully hosted, interactive social experience

 

Guest Experience

 Each guest receives a custom or standard printed race program
 Programs include horse names, posted odds, and space to mark bets
 Guests may place 2 bets per race (two on one horse OR one on two horses)
 Winnings are paid in raffle tickets based on posted odds
 Prize drawings held at conclusion or at designated intervals
